Text messages from Tiny Toast

Tiny Toast is a digital invitation service for children’s parties, operated by POOL PALS LLC. A parent creates a party, adds their own guest list, and sends each guest a personal invitation link, by text or email.

What we send

Message frequencyVaries by event. Typically one invitation, one reminder to guests who have not replied, one note the day before to guests who are coming, plus any updates the host chooses to send. At most three updates per party per day.

CostMessage and data rates may apply. Tiny Toast does not charge guests.

To stopReply STOP to any message. We stop immediately, across every party on the service.

Quiet hoursNo texts are sent between 9 PM and 8 AM.

The invitation itself

The first message is the invitation, and it is sent by the host to somebody they personally know. Before any invitation goes out by text, the host has to tick this box:

I confirm that I have permission from the recipients listed to send them this invitation by text message, or that they have invited me to contact them by text. I understand that I am responsible for ensuring I have the necessary permission before Tiny Toast sends messages to these phone numbers. I will not submit numbers belonging to people who have not agreed to receive this invitation by text.

Texts may include message and data rates. Families can reply STOP to opt out.

We record who made the claim, when, which version of our terms they were shown, and every individual number it covered. Every message after the invitation goes only to guests on that host’s list, only about that party, and stops the moment a guest replies STOP.

Consent to receive messages is never a condition of purchase, and we do not send marketing texts. Phone numbers are not shared with third parties.
