Terms of Service
Effective date: October 12, 2026
Tiny Toast is a digital invitation and event service operated by POOL PALS LLC, doing business as Tiny Toast (“Tiny Toast,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services. By using Tiny Toast, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The Service
Tiny Toast lets you choose a design, personalize it, and send it as a digital invitation by email or text message. It also provides event pages, guest lists, RSVP collection, gift lists, and related features. Some features are free and some are paid.
We may add, change, or remove features. We may also suspend or discontinue the service, in whole or in part, though we will not do so in a way that deprives you of something you have already paid for without a reasonable alternative or refund.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. Tiny Toast is intended for adults organizing events, not for children to create accounts independently.
You may start a party without confirming an email address, but sending invitations to other people requires a confirmed address. That is deliberate: an unconfirmed account can act on itself, and nothing reaches anyone else’s inbox until we know who is sending it.
3. Your Content
You keep ownership of what you write and upload — your event details, your wording, your photos and your guest list. You grant us permission to host, process, reproduce and display that content for the purpose of providing the service: rendering your invitation, delivering it to the guests you choose, and showing your event page to those guests.
You are responsible for what you send. Do not use Tiny Toast to send anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing, and do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
4. Guest Contact Information and Consent
When you add guests, you provide us with their names and their email addresses or phone numbers. Those people have no account with us and have given us nothing — the only basis on which we may contact them is your relationship with them. So that basis has to be real, and you are the only person who can know whether it is.
By adding a guest’s email address or phone number and choosing to send to them, you represent and warrant that the guest is personally known to you, that they would expect to hear from you about this event, and — for text messages — that you have their prior express consent to be contacted at that number.
You agree to comply with all laws that apply to contacting those people, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, and their state and international equivalents. You may not use Tiny Toast to send to:
- Numbers or addresses you obtained from a purchased, rented, scraped or third-party list.
- People who have asked you, or asked us, not to be contacted.
- Anyone you do not personally know, or who would not expect an invitation from you.
The relationship between you and your guests is yours. We deliver what you send and we keep records of who asked not to hear from us, but we do not mediate disputes between a host and their guests.
We use guest contact details only to deliver and support the event you are sending. We do not add your guests to any mailing list of ours, and we do not sell or share their details. See our Privacy Policy.
5. Text Messages
Where text messaging is offered, messages are transactional: invitations, reminders, replies, and notices about an event. Message frequency depends on the event. Message and data rates may apply.
Any recipient may stop messages at any time by replying STOP, and may request help by replying HELP. We honor those requests automatically and permanently, across every host on the service — a guest who stops messages about one party will not receive them about another.
You may not send marketing or promotional text messages through Tiny Toast. Consent to receive messages is never a condition of any purchase.
6. Purchases, Downloads and Refunds
- Digital goods: Invitations, downloads and related items are digital. Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in US dollars.
- Downloads are final: Because a downloaded file cannot be returned, instant downloads are not refundable once the file has been delivered. If a file is wrong, broken, or not what the listing described, write to us and we will fix it or refund it.
- Sending plans: If something goes wrong on our side before your invitations are sent, you are entitled to a refund.
- Bought somewhere else: If you bought a design through another marketplace, that sale is governed by that marketplace's terms, and we personalize and deliver what you already paid for there.
7. Designs and Licence
The designs are licensed to you, not sold. When you buy one, you may personalize it and use it for your own event — print it, text it, email it, post it. You may not resell it, redistribute it as a template, use it in another product, or claim the artwork as your own.
Tiny Toast, our name, logo, designs and site remain ours.
8. Acceptable Use
Do not:
- Break into, overload, probe or disrupt the service or anyone else's account.
- Scrape, copy or resell any part of the service or its designs.
- Impersonate anyone, or send messages that misrepresent who they are from.
- Use the service to send anything unlawful, hateful, deceptive or harassing.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will close one that is being used to message people who did not agree to hear from it.
9. Availability and Disclaimers
We work hard to deliver every invitation, but delivery depends on networks, carriers and mailbox providers we do not control. The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
Keep your own record of anything that matters. An invitation is not a substitute for telling people about an event in whatever other way you normally would.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tiny Toast is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or a party that did not go as planned. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the service, and in particular from messages sent to people who had not agreed to hear from you.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms as the service or our legal obligations change. We will post the revised terms on this page and update the effective date. Changes take effect when posted unless otherwise stated, and continuing to use the service after that means you accept them.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
